Want to get involved in our big event happening on Monday May 5th? We’re looking for some lovely locals to help us make this a fun and welcoming community event! We’ll feed you, and appreciate you forever! We’re looking for some extra hands for Monday May 5th for setup, help during the event, and cleanup! ALL VOLUNTEERS NEED TO BE 16+. Could be a great way to get some high school volunteer hours in!

This year’s theme Nourish to Flourish is all about the connection between food and well-being.

The group will run for 6 weeks on Fridays, March 7- April 11, 2025, 2:30-4pm with weekly topics focused on resilience and belonging through shared experiences, storytelling, and reflection.

Do you know someone who has demonstrated compassion in pursuing mental health?
