Who Can Access The Clinic
You are eligible if you:
- Do not have a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner
- Live or work in Brantford, Brant, or Norfolk

The BBN OHT Primary Care Access Clinic offers pre-booked appointments for non-emergency health concerns, such as:
- Minor Illnesses
- Minor Injuries
- Colds, sore throats, urinary tract infections, skin rashes
- Sprains, strains, and other mild injuries
- Bloodwork Requisitions
- Sexual Health Care
- Cancer Screening
- Prenatal Care
- Vaccinations
- Prescription renewals (excluding narcotics)
- Specialist Referrals
- Chronic Disease Management
Important: This clinic does not provide urgent or emergency care.
For emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest Emergency Department.

- Certain medical forms (e.g., employer, insurance, driver’s license, disability applications)
- Prescription renewals for narcotics
